Temple Martial Arts were recently hosts to a superb skill development course given by Masters Jason and Adam Kiefer. Currently in the middle of a "whistle-stop" tour of Europe after successfully competing in the WKA World Championships in Vienna, Austria, Jason and Adam visited the Temple class at the Rothes Halls, Glenrothes on 12th September 2001.

Under their direction, the topics covered included instruction in Okinawan Bo, Nunchaku, dynamic jump and flying kicks, self defence skills including pressure points, joint locking, chokes and defences.

Master Jason Kifer has worked with Chuck Norris in "Walker Texas Ranger" and appeared in the Arnold Schwarzeneggar Fitness Expo. As a Martial Artist, Jason is rated in the USA top three for Korean Forms, Musical Forms, Japanese Forms and Continuous Sparring. He is the Chief Instructor for the USA Karate Demo Team, rated as one of the best teams in the USA with their exciting and innovative routines.
